We are seeking a chef and a chef's assistant for our onsite restaurant. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and is a hard-working, fun-loving, team player, with an appreciation for locally sourced ingredients. We grow many vegetables in our own gardens!
The chef is responsible for ordering, overseeing the kitchen and kitchen staff, creating menus, and making meals. The assistant assists in all of these duties.
We currently offer a full breakfast as well as a take-out window for lunch, snacks, ice cream, etc. With the right candidate, we are also hoping to bring back creative dinners and outdoor buffets this summer.
This is a great opportunity for a couple or individuals who love food and fun. We are open from mid-June until Labor Day, so it's perfect for folks who are in school or otherwise work seasonally.
